RAGHU ARIKAPUDI popularly known as MAN WITH A MISSION.He is the president of Winners Foundation. He has served as a General Secretary for Winners foundation.He is Currently Serving in Bharath Dynamics Limited and also he is working for the society in his daily life to support the needy people. He has been awarded with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Award for the Year 2019 by Abhisti Seva Puraskar,also He has been awarded with Fighter for Public Education Award by Ma-nam Mana Voori Badi in 2019, He is the recipient of Three awards by the Governor of Telangana for Conducting Highest Blood Donations with Indian Red Cross Society.
Early Life and Education:
Raghu was born in the Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh, India, on 12th March 1964. His father Ramanaiah, is a farmer and mother Hymavathi, is a home maker. His Elder Brother Srinivas and younger Brother Dasaradha. Raghu is married to Ramadevi. The couple has two children. Anvesh & Sneha. Raghu was mostly educated in government school environment and joined the Polisetti Soma Sundaram Zilla Parishad High School, Katrapadu, VattiCherukuru Mandal, Guntur District. Further, he pursued Industrial Training Institute, Gudavalli in Cherukupalli Mandal Guntur District. Raghu began his stint as an Technical professional and Joined at Bharath Dynamics Limited, Bhanur.

Everyday Mr Raghu Goes through Paper article and spends almost 2 hours in analysing the needy people and their needs. Immediately Raghu starts contacting the news reports and get the details of the victims of some situation. With in no time Raghu Responds to the situation and goes to the house of the needy people and start helping them, In which way Raghu has spent lots of money for the welfare of the society and brought smiles in 689 families directly with his own money and brought a major impact in more than 80,000+ People both directly or indirectly.
