COVID 19

We visited every home and street in the COVID affected area, which consists of 10,000 people living in 10 districts, 80 villages, 1000 households with groceries for the household, and we performed medical examinations on every family member. In fifty-five days, we provide food packages to one lakh people. Besides this, hope for Spandana, also provides 5,000 kits, 150,000 sanitizers, and 15,000 masks for those in need. Fluoride

Raghu Arikapudi-Seva Trust, a non-governmental organization (NGO), has made a tremendous effect in the Marriguda, Munugodu, and Nampally districts, spanning 25 villages and supporting150 people, by tackling the issues faced by fluoride-related ailments.Seva Trust has taken proactive steps to alleviate the suffering of affected communities.Seva Trust has supplied vital assistance in the shape of food, wheelchairs, and health camps.Furthermore, the organization’s health camps provide critical medical services such as diagnosis, treatment, and education on fluoride-related disorders

Awareness Programmes

  • Reaching every house-hold, understanding the extent of damage, estimating the contribution required & organizing the needful.
  • Excess exposure to fluoride can lead to a bone disease known as skeletal fluorosis. Over many years, this can result in pain and damage to bones and joints. The bones may become hardened and less elastic, increasing the risk of fracture.Nalgonda region is the place for victims of skeletal fluorosis & dental fluorosis

Winners Foundation Team has visited 40 villages where fluoride is present. They have provided 12 shops for the extremely affected victims. The contributions to the needy in the villages of Nalgonda district will continue to support #MissionBhagiratha by the Telangana Government.
